Penang Butterfly Farm

Yesterday, we managed to plan for a last minute outing, to Penang Butterfly Farm and Spice Garden to try out some macro shoot again. It's time for practice again, and Butterfly farm offers multitude of chances for you to shoot butterfly up-close, even without marco lens. As for me, i'm only equip with my 18-55 and 50mm, and Raynox DCR250 does a good job for a closer focusing.

I find it hard yesterday, to shoot butterfly, well, in terms of composition in particular. But i did have some shots that were acceptable. Here's some:

Im trying to compose my shots at different angle, different view of point and see how it goes. Do let me know if it works! :)

Oh by the way, there's an interesting bug there too... and it really looks like a human face, like an old man smiling..looks freaky?
