Four-Lined Tree Frog (Polypedates leucomystax)

Found these frogs around my ponds, where it uses the water bodies as a breeding ground. Lots of tadpoles can be found in my ponds, numbering up to thousands at one point. Decided to take some shots for identification and here it is:
